(February 23, 2022, 2:45 pm)We had our home built by Randall Homes which was completed May 17, 2017. We were very pleased with the way things went. A few issues along the way were all corrected right away with no problems and to high standards. The individual contractors were very good and along the way when I spoke to some of them they had good ideas to make some things with simple changes to have them look and work better. All the management and different staff were also very helpful and cooperative to any changes that we wanted done. One particular problem was resolved and Jason Jaquet personally dropped off a gift for our troubles. We also spoke with Vince extensively about a couple of things which I wanted upgraded and he came up with some very good ideas making things work for us. I would recommend Randall Homes and if I were to build another new home I would certainly consider Randall Homes again.

The process of buying a house with them was so easy, the entire company was so helpful leading up to our possession day. Jay (their relator) was so wonderful and allowed us to book appointments throughout the winter to come back and see the house over and over.
When time came to take possession both Matt and Mike from the service department were so helpful, they came on the day of possession and went through the entire house with us to ensure everything was perfect on possession day.
We would specifically like to say a big thank you to the Vice President of Randall Homes Jason, he was incredible to work with and got us into our dream home! Purchasing a new home is so stressful but we are so happy with both the quality of home we now own and the amazing customer service this company has. We’ve already recommended them to our friends looking for houses and would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a new home buy with Randall Homes.
