(January 23, 2022, 7:36 pm)My first review I posted on this site was very negative to say the least. The staff at the McGowan location has turned my situation completely around. To make a long story short, I tried to buy some trailer tires with quite a run around. After some phone calls and a trip back to the store, I managed to get the tires I was looking for. I would like to thank Ian Stewart (location Manager),Tammy (location Assistant Manager) and Helen ( the Hero who doesn't wear a cape) for going above and beyond for their outstanding customer service. You have kept a loyal customer and I would recommend your company to my friends. Thank you.
