ALS is a great lab. We cooperate with ALS for more than 15 years. If we have questions, they always respond and follow up.
As a side comment, it is important to understand what do you want to test and how to read result. In Osorno we always help customers with this issues.

They are taking the covid protocol very seriously. 5 stars for that. No entering the building. Unclear instructions in the lobby and if you call for clarity they will bark at you with a gruff tone bcs you should know how to navigate their bizarre lack of system and structure. I was there with 2 other ppl, confused by unclear instruction.
Processed test result quickly and although they wanted me to leave my credit card info on a form in an unmonitored entry, the person that called for my info instead was polite and results were emailed to me in very fast turnaround. Will continue to use now that I have their system figured out.
