(March 8, 2021, 1:39 am)I took my personal 150 foot-lbs torque bar here for this company to check it. Normally these guys are very good. As a former person that put in PO's for a large company, they supplied us with quality equipment NorBar etc. However, this time they checked my torque bar in my presence and I failed to notice they left my bar dialed in at 90lbs-ft... It has sat in my garage for months. I am mad at myself for not verifying that it was still loaded, the spring is probably stretched and out of calibration now... If your technicians are checking a customers personal tool make sure you release the tension before handing it back.
