(March 31, 2021, 5:57 pm)I am super happy to rate Foxridge Homes 5 star, if there were 7 I would rate 7. I did have some issues during the initial stage of finalizing the house, however, at later stage during drafting and afterwards, I was dealing directly with the builder sales manager, Rene, and he took the whole new home building experience to the next level. He is an amazing builder. Not only Rene, everyone I talked to, like Tara, Melissa, Nick, Brady, all are super nice, supporting and outstanding persons to work with.
Even though the house was delayed by a couple of months due to COVID-19 red zone restrictions, Foxridge Team was always supporting and they did almost everything to meet or exceed my expectation. The way of communications, addressing the issues, responding back, upgrades, design center appointment, material selections, everything was a great experience and smooth. Couple of things that I chose were not in stock, they just upgraded it to higher level without any extra cost. With upgrades, quality construction and yet within the budget, the home turned out to be of phenomenal value.
Thank you Foxridge and team to bring my dream come true and building my dream home.

Tara is an expert absolutely, she helped us find all matching interiors. All the process is extremely exciting! Well known company, trustable.
But Lisa Lawrence is the best!
A good sales person will represent whole company in the beginning. We won’t find out what we want without her.
