I was on call with Bell customer service for 1 1/2 hours trying to merge accounts from Bellmts to Bell so i could change my account only to be transferred 4 times and then told to go to store. I went here and AJ and assume his boss were amazing. Not only did they fix it but tell me what the problems were. Were currently trying to fix a problem that wont allow me to use my new Bell Sim card but that problem is 100% bell and not MTSbell. The manager said he was gonna personally take care of it and so far its working great. Just waiting on a response back with my new card working. Overall amazing service. 10/10
