I placed a call Tuesday night at 8:30pm to have someone come and assess an issue with my washing machine and had an appointment booked for Wednesday morning. Peter arrived on time, was courteous and assessed the issue quickly. He was informative and provided answers to the questions I asked. Most importantly he was able to get things back up and running within an hour. I also felt the pricing that was quoted was fair.

(April 11, 2022, 8:54 pm)I called Express just today and Peter was able to come even before the time they gave later that afternoon!! We are so grateful for the quick response and repair to our freezer.
My only negative is that my husband had to spend quite a bit of time after he came home to fix the door of the freezer which was not put back together properly 👎 that was quite frustrating. -

I was given an appointment immediately; Peter arrived promptly and quickly assessed my broken dryer. Within 48 hours he had tracked down the part and repaired my dryer. I didn't even have time to complain about laundry accumulating! I would highly recommend them.
