Jim Pattison Toyota at Regent is 1000 times better than Crown Toyota at Waverly. I have two cars, Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla and gone to both places several times for services. I found Toyota Regent million times better, efficient, professional, friendly and courteous compare to Crown Toyota at Waverly. If you call Crown Toyota, first, they will not attend the call, second, they would say due to Covid, they are very busy and have no time for service in a week or so, and finally if you get the spot, they would encourage you to leave their vehicle instead of get the job done on-time or in a lesser time frame. Even you go for just an oil change or for regular services.
They really need to learn the professional customer service from other competitors and service dealers. No doubt, Covid has impacted everyone, however, looks like it has impacted Crown Toyota a lot and they are not worried about keeping their customers happy.
I would highly recommend JP Toyota service center because they are very professional, cooperative and always extend their above and beyond support and excellent customer service whenever you go there! Their spacious space, Coffee, and other services are a BIG Plus and you can easily work with your laptop while you are waiting for your vehicle service. They will offer you Coffee, fresh fruits and other refreshments while you are waiting. Their Service Manager Dustin, always go above and beyond to help and accommodate customers to ensure you are 100% satisfied with their services!! Keep it up JP Toyota and I give you 10/10 for your excellent services.
