(April 27, 2021, 11:55 pm)Very poor experience. The lady who had us sign our taxes wouldn't walk us through our taxes and kept saying, I am just the messenger. I had to stop her from discussing my personal financials in front of other people. This woman who did our tax meeting was so rude, had a hissy fit and walked out because we asked her to explain something we did not understand. The office manager Shirley was amazing and was able to get us into see a gentleman (Daniel) who was so professional. I wish we could have had Daniel from the start.
