Amazing person!! We had a quote from another company and they told us that the heat exchanger was cracked and would need to be replaced. This was a number of years ago and it was going to cost almost $500.00. The furnace was relatively new so we called BA Heating. Bruce came out and the fix was $85.00 and he could not see a crack anywhere. He is so honest. He also services the 2 furnaces in my office and a couple of years ago installed a whole new roof top airconditioning system. His work is perfect and he is so reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
