I was dealing with a lot of stress professionally, and personally and Louise was flexible with my timeline and availability while still helping me set goals to move forward. I will continue to go back and revisit the exercises because I know the outcome will continue to evolve as I make more positive changes in my life. I can't thank Louise enough for working alongside me -- her encouragement and support led me to take chances I never would have imagined before starting the program and helped me bring energy and excitement back into my professional life.
