(August 24, 2022, 1:57 am)We had some issues with our connection speed due to the Eero that was used. Melissa was great and got in contact with the service department immediately.
Chris and Shawn were then more than willing to come to our place late in the evening to fix the problem, which took about an hour and a half. During that time they were both so polite and positive. Both had a fantastic attitude and were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend all 3 :) -

(July 21, 2022, 3:32 pm)Have used valley fiber since 2018 with no issues. Have contacted them multiple times with support and they have always been great to deal with. A few days ago I was running wires and wrecked the fiber wire in my house. I contacted them at 8:30 in the morning. They reran the wire, and had me upgraded at no extra cost to their new mesh network. This was accomplished by 3 in the afternoon. Great service, great coverage, great speed.

(July 16, 2022, 3:33 am)We are enjoying using Valley Fibre. It has worked very well for us, no complaints at all. The technicians have been very helpful and explain everything as they go along. What I like the most is the upload/download speed. I upload videos to YouTube and what used to take hours now only takes minutes.

(June 15, 2022, 2:25 pm)The installers were friendly and quick to install our internet. Has been working great so far. We did have to wait a few months before they were ready to install, but that's understandable given that they are a new company and having the setbacks of Manitoba winters. We did sign up for an access point which unfortunately they do not currently have in stock, so that could be a while yet. But overall the speed is great and their customer support has been friendly whenever I've called.
