I was on the stage of my life where I really want to start taking care of myself , and chose living a healthier lifestyle, but I did not know where to start.I am glad that my decision to join Rise is one of the best decisions I ever made. From nutrition coaching to working out safely, without hurting our selves..to pushing us to our limits, and knowing what our current physical limits are...all we have to do is to show up . Thank you Rise for helping me reach my healthy lifestyle goal. I am looking forward to many more years of incorporating healthy changes in my life and living a healthy life, with your help.

(October 8, 2020, 5:44 pm)I have been at Rise for almost two years. I love everything about it, the trainers, the variety of workouts, working out with others versus working out alone at home. The trainers are very knowledgeable about diet,(eating the foods that nourish our bodies) always being able to modify exercises when necessary and always very friendly and willing to help. Rise is my happy place and I would encourage anyone that if you’re looking for something to help you mentally and physically don’t hesitate to give Rise a try.

(October 8, 2020, 4:34 pm)Rise has been my favourite gym by far! The environment is encouraging and the community built inside (and outside) the wall of the gym has contributed to my total health. People of all kinds cheer each other on to hit Personal Records, push themselves, and not quit. I feel capable at Rise; I know the equipment I was so afraid of in the past, can use it properly and with proper form, and I know that the trainers are always there for a million and one questions! I can't imagine life without Rise.

(October 5, 2020, 3:31 pm)Rise has been a huge help on my journey to better health. I love that all I have to do is show up, and there will be a great workout waiting for me there. All the coaches are really encouraging, and a ton of fun. They have all helped challenge me and encourage me. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and these people.
