After cracking the step trim on my Arctic Fox trailer a few years ago, I finally decided that it should get replaced. I saw an ad for Icon Technologies in a RV magazine and checked out their catalog online. Nothing matched my trim, so I contacted them. Ryan (who was very helpful throughout the process) asked for pictures and measurements. Then he asked me to send the old trim in, and they could fabricate a new one.
All I can say is that the results are wonderful. I tried to insert a picture but couldn’t figure out how. I am very happy with the experience and service that I received and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
