She was friendly & welcoming from the get-go and well informed on the properties she showed us. She has made herself available to us at nearly any hour and she was quick to respond, find answers to our questions, and get things in place and fixed. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does.
We would recommend Crocus to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers because of her knowledge and understanding of the current market and what first-time home buyers should be aware of.
The cherry on top was that she bought us a welcome home mat when we got possession of our house, it wasn't necessary but it was so thoughtful.
When working with her and Crocus it felt like we were working with family.
Sad to see this chapter of our lives end because we had such a good experience with Sandra, but more than happy that she was able to be on this journey with us, we are honored that she was our realtor.

when selling private, a bunch of Crocus sales men contacted me to try to sell my house for me and were very pushy, they were the only company that has ever called and begged for work, Very unprofessional and didn't care for them atall.
