He was able to get most of the other information he needed with one phone call, and reminded me of the additional documents I needed to provide. Once I submitted those, the return was done quickly. I really appreciate that this firm encourages their client to compile their own expenses lists in order to save on fees.

I had some very stressful situations happening and they took all the time needed to get my information when I could sometimes barely form a sentence. They are very efficient, pleasant to deal with and extremely accommodating. I no longer live in MB and I will never change firms. 😀👍👍
