Our daughter takes riding lessons at AliDale Farms; Dale helped us with the purchase of our first horse, and we had our mare stay with him for a refresher. Dale and Alice are wonderful people and have a way of making you feel right at home. The indoor and outdoor facilities are very well kept, and the care they provide is better than expected! The entire staff is always willing to answer any questions we have and everyone is friendly and helpful. Dale and Alice have also put numerous years into the 4H program which our daughter is also a part of. It’s evident that horses are their passion! The lesson program is amazing-our daughter is excited to go back week after week. Most recently, our second daughter has started taking lessons here as well, and we look forward to spending more time at the barn!

I have had the immense pleasure of knowing Dale & Alice Barkman since my early teen years, when I worked for them as a stable hand. I have seen firsthand the excellent quality care and expert training that the horses receive, and I currently board my 27 year old gelding there - yep, 27 years young and you’d never know it!!! I can honestly say the care and training at the Barkman’s beautiful facility is second to none, and the Barkmans are two of the kindest, most honest people you will ever meet! They donate their facilities and time to the local 4-H community as well, my kiddos LOVE 4-H nights! I consider myself very blessed to have my senior horse cared for by such top notch professionals and also, if you’re ever lucky enough to be on the receiving end of one of Alice’s wonderful hugs, they can comfort you down to your very soul. Great people, great place, happy horses, no drama. It’s pretty much perfect if you like to feel like family, and not just another boarder/client. Dale and Alice, we love you guys, thanks for all you do for my old horse, he looks amazing for his age and I know it’s because of the excellent care he gets at the barn.

Best people you will ever meet. Dale is top trainer around here and you can tell. Took my 2 year old turned him into a wonderful horse where my kids can ride him at 3 and 4 and not have to worry about there safety. And Alice is a amazing person together best team ever.
