(June 16, 2020, 11:57 pm)I phoned up Osis this morning was greeted by a polite person that aimed to please. They got me my deck quote as soon as we were off the phone. I looked it over and it was approved for delivery. Now that what I call customer service.
Can't say that for the city stores that just feed you why they can't help you and that you just have to wait.
I would give you guys 6 stars if there was.
