Jim has always provided fast and efficient service at a good price and a friendly manner.
This spring Jim went above and beyond when my septic tank pump died - he was there to pump my tank out as needed, gave practical suggestions for dealing with it, and was able to describe the problem precisely to the plumbers. I can't praise him highly enough.
