I have been banking at Birds Hill Sunova CU (formerly Oak Bank CU) for about 17 years. I find the staff friendly, helpful and willing to work through service / banking issues. I have also had many experiences with the 'big banks' - Sunova wins hands down on service, wait times, flexibility and most importantly savings account interest at 900 times higher.
