(September 2, 2019, 1:50 am)Good service from all levels of staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. The layout of their waiting room is not very good in terms of patient privacy. There is very little sound absorbing material, so when someone is at a counter checking in, you can hear everything they’re saying, including their complaint. I don’t know if it is necessary to ask that, but protocol needs to be assessed to ensure that PHIA is being met in the new facility. The nurse is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. A good asset to have at the clinic.
