(June 19, 2019, 10:23 pm)Service can be slow at times and we have had cold food before, but the staff has done everything they can to correct the issue, prices are set by the Franchise we would assume. Work lunches and meetings have always been had here and it's quickly become a regular choice for us! Great family environment and the lounge is great too for catching a game and having a few drinks with friends.

(June 17, 2019, 10:28 am)A great place to come for family food. Very friendly staff and very clean environment. Food was excellent and it wasn't busy at all, even on a Friday night. Prices were a little high, but I left the place full and with leftovers.

(June 13, 2019, 2:53 am)The Steinbach Smitty's is a beautiful location. Lots of windows, well laid out and lots of room between tables.
Our service personnel were attentive but not hovering. Beverages were filled promptly. When we finished our meals, the table was cleared and we were encouraged to stay and not feel rushed.
There were 4 of us dining together. Our meals came out at the same time. Everything was correct and served at appropriate temperatures. Soup was hot, salads were cold and crisp.
Entres were hot and nice presentation. I had the Salisbury steak - grilled perfectly and very juicy.
Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. You can tell a lot about a place by the way the restrooms are cleaned.
