(June 22, 2019, 9:40 pm)Ben R Tire and Performance is a great place to get work done on your vehicle. I recently had them install lowering springs on my Jeep Trackhawk and they did a very good job. After the springs were installed they did the wheel alignment and were able to get everything back into the specified tolerances (it should be noted that I've read online about many shops that have not been able to get this vehicle's alignment back into spec after this particular modification). The staff are friendly and very professional. I had the feeling that they placed a high priority on my satisfaction throughout the process. They were clear about what the work required was going to entail, and the pricing was quite fair. Highly recommend for all your service and performance needs.

(July 31, 2018, 8:43 pm)We bought our vehicle there, the salesman (Shawn) was awesome, he didn't push us to purchase anything, he was informative and gave us the information we needed. We then moved onto another salesman, his brother Nick, and he was also great, and not pushy at all! By having this experience it allowed us to do our own thinking rather than feeling pressured into purchasing anything. We took a couple days to think about what we were looking for and landed up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in. There was a slight issue with the wheel alignment but they were quick to offer us free service to get that fixed and also a complimentary first oil change. We were even able to lower the price on the vehicle at a respectable level. No pressure on financing or warranty even tho the offered both to us, they were respectful when we declined. We were able to make our appointment to get the alignment done at a time that worked for us. Such great service and it's an added value to the reputation Steinbach has on being the Automobile City. We will definitely be returning to look at any future vehicles we may need.
