Shawn was prompt, professional and extremely polite and knew exactly was he was doing and had the job done in less than 10 minutes.

We have had many issues with our Kitchen Aid appliances, and Brad has never let us settle with leaving them unresovled. His employees are efficient, polite and very accommodating with our schedules. Shawn is a fantastic with repairs and with his customer service; never intrusive and always professional. Will always recommend Barkman Appliance for their results, great communication and ease of transactions.

(December 20, 2018, 11:20 pm)We had an issue with our dryer in that a piece of thin metal dropped down the lint trap and we could not get it out ourselves. Barkman Appliance were recommended and I was very impressed with the technician that they sent. Our dryer is approximately 20 years old and he knew right away how to access the area and quickly removed the item. The cost was very reasonable.
