What a great alternative to sitting for hours in an ER or walk-in. Fast, friendly, clean.
I have been there a number of times for my minor health issues. UTI's, small injuries, etc. I have always had very good experiences. This is quick care, people, minor stuff. It is not the clinics fault if you don't have a doctor. In that case - go to an actual walk-in. Nurse practitioners are not doctors. This is not a doctors office. Don't expect it to be.
Also, I have never had an issue with any receptionist. It's called being professional, not rude. If you can't handle it, go somewhere else.
