(February 20, 2019, 4:54 pm)Fit4Life Physiotherapy is a modern new clinic with awesome caring staff! I go for Physio treatments on my very sore lumbar back and always end up walking out better. My husband has gone for massages and said “she is awesome!”. He doesn’t say that often.
F4L is the best place ever!. I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Check them out.. they’ve got so many services to offer and also exercise Boot Camps too! -

(October 29, 2018, 1:21 am)Whether it was for physio, massage, or a nutritional session, it has been A+ treatment right from the moment you walk in the door.
Everyone there is amazing and knowledgeable and have helped me heal from a number of injuries.
Unfortunately my schedule hasn't allowed me to fit in one of their workout sessions yet, but the gym there has everything you need and I'm looking forward to trying out some TRX or bootcamps in the near future . -

Their fitness classes are done in small groups, which I appreciate, as you get one to one attention and the instructors make sure all exercises are done safely and correctly!
