  Largest orange theory I have been to with a nice open layout. Incredible trainers and community that keeps you motivated to keep burning!

  Great sweaty mess of a workout. The gym equipment is top notch and the instructors are encouraging without being rude or over the top. Pricey, but often times you get what you pay for.

  This studio is amazing! This is first workout program that I have stuck with, the coaches here are all awesome! And they always have fun events to keep motivation up!!

  Update June 12, 2018: I am still going strong and the work puts just keep getting better. This location outs on lots of events including fitness challenges and rowing clinics. I have lost 3 inches from my waist so far. Staff are still fantastic and I still highly recommend this location!

  I've only gone twice now and I'm beyond addicted! The staff and trainers are super awesome and full of energy. I love orange theory because I'm not afraid to go alone and I'm not intimidated like I would be going to the gym. Sure the price is a bit expensive but it's for something I'm actually using and enjoying, so to me it's worth it. The hour goes by so quick, you don't even feel like you're working out. I also love that you sign up for your classes ahead of time, which helps to keep me accountable.
  
  I like that your first time is free, and it's awesome to link up with a heart rate monitor and watch on the screen how much effort you're putting in. You can collect "splat points" which you gain from being in the "orange zone" which is optimal for burning calories. The class is broken up in half, one half starting on the treadmill and the other half on the rowing machines and the floor.
  
  I definitely would reccomend orange theory to anyone! If you can't do an exercise the trainers will give you a modified one you can do. I like that it's different every time, and the trainers are quick to help you if your form is off.
  
  10/10 best decision I have made recently!
