(April 1, 2019, 5:22 pm)Peppercorn Restaurant is a great place to eat. Meals are very generous and the staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about the food on the menu. The desserts are you die for. The thin crust pizzas are the best that I have had anywhere.

(February 12, 2019, 11:14 pm)The Peppercorn is a nice restaurant in the town of Oakbank. They have amazing steak, and if you have the opportunity to try his cheesecake you won't regret it! (Make sure to share the latter with a friend though as it is quite rich!) I've had a variety of foods from the menu and have usually enjoyed what I've had, with the odd time not.
The menu is quite large, I think if it was a bit smaller it would allow them to focus on those pieces and excel at them. The interior could be updated, but I'm not one to focus on that necessarily when enjoying good food! I haven't been to the bar side of the business, but it's usually got quite a few patrons in it. Definitely worth a stop in if you're passing through. -

(December 28, 2018, 8:06 pm)Always great food and service. The mile high cheesecake is a must have when visiting here. Hand baked to perfection on site. Have ordered whole cheesecake for special occasions and never disappointed. Worth every penny as they use high quality ingredients.

(December 24, 2018, 4:54 pm)Best gluten free options available in Manitoba.. I'm convinced. And the cheesecakes (non gluten free) are the best, and biggest, and most perfectly priced anywhere! Jalapeno poppers are incredible. And the best thing... it's small, family run, and the owners will come out and visit, or even serve you themselves if it's not too busy. Love this restaurant!
