  Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When they behave in a manner that might fall short of being acceptable, they are open to feedback and make the required adjustments.
  
  No matter what time of day an appointment might be they are usually on time. Every now and then there is a bit of a wait in the examination room after the technician is finished. This is OK, because you know that the doctor isn't giving everyone the bums rush and is taking time to answer questions and provide all the necessary information.

  Fantastic and helpful staff. Fell very comfortable bringing my dogs here.

  They were knowledgeable and took excellent care of my guinea pigs. They may be slightly more expensive than other vets but worth every penny. There's not many people I would trust to perform a delicate surgery on my little pets but I'm confident in the best possible care being administered there!

  I love these guys. They have seen many generations of my rattos. I have never had any issues. These guys are 100% awesome. As an ex vet assistant (of another well known city clinic) I would recommend these guys above all.
