I have been going to this clinic since I was a kid. I’ve never had an issue until a few months ago. I had been to the clinic twice in a week due to an ear infection that wouldn’t go away. The staff behind the counter were gossiping about a patient who had been there recently. They kept asking each other if the name sounded familiar. Not very professional in my opinion.
My boyfriend went to this walk in and was seen by Dr Lumba I believe her name was. She took her time listening to his symptoms. She was unsure of how exactly to help him but within 2 days had set up 2 different appointments with specialists to ensure he received immediate care from the appropriate people. She did not wash her hands of his case from there but requested a follow up appointment the following week.
This may not be a 5 star clinic but we would definitely go back if need be.
I've been here several times and my experiences have always been very positive. I've seen several different doctors, and they've always been very pleasant, professional and helpful.
Wait times can sometimes be long, so I would recommend going first thing in the morning if possible. I would also appreciate if they had the online check-in service available.
