  Working with Jesse was exceptional, she went above and beyond. She helped answer any and all questions I had. She would always check in and make sure your week was going good. Lots and lots of research about how to overall improve anything you were asking about. The meal plan was thorough with so many options for weekly meals. If you're looking for somewhere to start a healthier lifestyle, start with Infinity Nutrition.

  Feb 2018 I was fortunate to meet Shauna and joined her at Infinity Nutrition & Health coaching. Under her guidance and coaching I have changed my life to a much more healthy lifestyle. Shauna has a wealth of knowledge , and through her support and guidance I have lost 30 pounds and feel amazing. She has a wonderful way of making me feel empowered, she has made me very accountable and that alone has lead to most of my success. She is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge with nutrition coaching (lots of great receipes and meal ideas). She has also made be realize what I am capable of in the gym , her coaching and encouragement has made working out fun and something to look forward to.
  It is wonderful to see people who notice the positive change I have made in myself and wonderful to feel good about myself.
  Shauna I am so grateful to have meet you and I would encourage anyone who is wanting to make positive health changes to reach out to you. I am your biggest fan, and tell anyone who will listen how wonderful you are to work with.

  Shauna and her team are fantastic!! My coach Jesse is extremely patient and encouraging, and has helped me modify a lot of the exercises to accommodate my back and knee problems, while still making the workouts fun and challenging. I love the private space and personalized attention. The meal plans and nutrition information are easy to follow and taste great. Non-judgmental, non-shaming, supportive environment where they inspire you to realize you are a lot stronger than you think you are. Overall wonderful experience!

  From day 1 Shauna and her staff have shown that they understand the realities of day to day life and display understanding and encouragement without accepting excuses.
  
  They provided me with a reasonable meal plan, always willing to review, adjust and make suggestions that allows for my preferences and has allowed me to stay on track. They provided a workout plan that is flexible and has shown results in a short amount of time - they also accommodated my need to workout at home vs in a commercial gym setting.
  
  I want to acknowledge that I was always treated as an individual with the ability to change my life. I have come to realize that even though I have seen results both mentally and physically I will always room to push my limits for continued success. I know I can count on Shauna and her team to continue to support and challenge me.
