  Working with the staff at Focus Hyundai was like no experience I’ve had with a car dealership. I was looking to upgrade to an SUV and was lucky to work with Mark Paul. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest and took the time to explain all of our options. He welcomed all of our questions and most importantly was respectful and incredibly kind to my son and I. We never once felt uncomfortable or pressured at any time. We are beyond excited to pick up our new Tucson! I highly recommend Focus Hyundai and anyone who is lucky enough to work with Mark. I will never go to any other dealership again!

  My wife bought her 2017 Tucson here and we had a great experience, couldn't be happier with the vehicle. However when we asked about their winter tire program and told the lady on the phone that another dealership was offering free storage for the lifetime of the tire, the lady said "Well then you should buy your tires there!". We got so ticked off we stayed away from focus hyundai on our next vehicle purchase. We told corporate of this experience and they said they'll forward our concern to the branch which should be contacting us soon but we never heard from them. In fairness, we've had the vehicle back for its regular maintenance frequently and have again been happy with their service.

  I just leased a 2019 Hyundai Elantra at Focus Hyundai from Ian and I'm very pleased with my experience. I got what I wanted and can afford, plus more! I felt less stressed and more relaxed because they aren't pushy sales guys. I would definitely refer family & friends in the future. I love my car! :)

  We had an amazing car shopping experience at Focus Hyundai! We’ve been converted. Mark is the sole reason we currently own a Hyundai. He is great at what he does. We spent an entire day with him looking at different options and never once felt rushed or pressured. He made us feel welcomed and made sure we left satisfied. We found our new car guy and will most definitely be returning to see him for our next vehicle. I give Focus Hyundai 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and recommend them (go see Mark!) to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle.

  Jesse provided my husband and I with great service. He answered all our questions and took time to show us everything with our new purchase. Never felt rushed. Danielle was also wonderful. Very easy to talk to. Great service!
