Kal Tire

I brought my truck in for a shaking steering wheel when in turns. They were quick to diagnose and give me a quote. Unfortunately the wrong part was sent by the supplier not once but twice, this was not the fault of Kal Tire who took the time to ensure I was able to accomplish what I needed my truck for the following day by ordering a tow truck to move my travel trailer. Because of the delays, they went above and beyond to provide me with the best possible customer experience. Thank you Fabian and Josh. A well deserved 5 star.

I brought my tire in to get it patched free of charge u der the protection plan Kal Tire offers. it was not able to be repaired because I had been driving with it underinflated for a couple weeks. The warranty soon the tire resulted in a replacement at a minimal charge. Great staff, good advice and a quality product at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I recently bought new tires and had my brakes done at the Kenaston Kal Tire. The staff knew I need my work truck back at the end of the day and went out of their way to make sure they got the work done on time. Fabian and Josh were great to work with. I highly recommend them for all your tire and mechanical needs!!

Absolutely superb service! I was in the auto business for 25 years so I know a thing or two about customer service. Bar none, Kal Tire has been the best experience I have had in dealing with a service centre. Over the last few years, I have purchased tires for my motorhome, and other vehicles I have. I have recommended Kal Tire to friends and family and recently helped my best friend shop for her tires. Even after checking around for her, as per her wishes, Kal Tire was still the top choice in price, quality of product and customer service. My hat goes off to Fabian and his crew at the Winnipeg Tuxedo location for my most recent visit. They went over and above my expectations when they outfitted my high performance vehicle with tires. Unfortunately, I realized within the same day of driving on the new tires that they just didn’t meet my performance expectations. The tires were excellent but just not for this particular car. I called Fabian and he immediately ordered new tires that I requested, and booked my car in the next day to switch over to the new tires. No high pressure or manipulative tactics were used to try and convince me to keep the existing tires: “no questions asked” service. After being in the auto business for so long and owning my own businesses, I recognize that Kal Tire sacrificed profit (having to “eat” the labour costs, using up a hoist, and time in the shop) in order to keep a customer completely satisfied. Thank you Kal Tire and Fabian for doing such a great job.

Fabian provided awesome customer service even at their most busiest time. He was in early to patch a leak in my tire so it would be ready for my 7:30 am apt. It is wonderful to deal with someone who so obviously likes his job and dealing with customers. Thanks Fabian, much appreciated!
