(July 23, 2018, 3:17 pm)We have now owned our hot tub for just over one month, with no issues - it works great and my family is enjoying it very much. A special acknowledgement to the GM of Krevko who came to our home on a Saturday, his day off, to check on a glitch with the initial set up. The concern turned out to be with our electrical panel not the tub but it was reassuring and appreciated to have him come and have a look himself.

(May 4, 2018, 9:42 pm)The serviceman at Krevco was personable and patient explaining how to replace an element in our hot tub. He answered all my questions with clear concise expertise adding additional tips for upkeep. A truly wonderful experience and hope to get the same gentlemen every time.
On another note, we also purchased a gas fireplace which was installed with the same professionalism and expertise as the hot tub.
A class act company and staff with top notch products. A very satisfied customer. Thank you.
