  Our favorite place to go for icecream, great staff, great owner, great icecream and great prices! I've been going since I was a kid!

  Very nice place to come during the summer. Nice trails nearby, with the chief peguis trail Greenway and pedestrian overpass

  Good ice cream convenient location. However I think there needs to be a dress code for the young ladies that work there. Today I could see way too much bum cheek without even trying. I realize that it is a hot summer day, but this is a business dealing with families, many with children around waist height. I don't need my child getting an inappropriate eye full.

  Cool Encounters has a good selection of ice cream, both hard and soft. They also usually have a flavour of the week. It is definitely a popular place in the summer. A few knocks against them:
  
  1. Credit cards not accepted and there is a $0.25 debit fee.
  2. Very limited space to sit inside.
  3. During busy times I have been there, only 2 staff slows things down. Definitely could use a third.
  4. No napkins on the tables, and you need to ask for them. If you forget, it can be hard to get the attention of a staff member.
  
  Overall a good place to go for ice cream, just bring cash, and don't forget to ask for napkins when you pay.
