  I started with Grant in 2016 and we are just beginning my third and fourth competition prep together. Grant has brought forth many great opportunities in the fitness community for myself and others, and has taught me how to eat properly and make my workouts as efficient as possible. A sustainable approach to fitness is key with G-Fit and their many success stories paint that picture. Can't thank them enough for everything that they do not only for their clients, but for the Winnipeg community.

  Absolutely pleased with G-Fit. I would highly recommend them to anyone from beginners to athletes. They are awesome at really customizing everything to everyone’s different abilities. Rachel was my coach and she went above and beyond, making me feel comfortable and helping me reach goals. The knowledge I take with me is tremendous!

  I have been working with Haley (Gross) for a while now and I am extremely happy with how things are going. I have a goal to compete in 2019 in Fitness and I have no doubt in my mind that Haley will take me there and help me to perform at my absolute best. In a short time I have already gained a lot of strength and have a whole new outlook on fitness and health. I trust her knowledge on fitness, meal plans/prep, competition prep, training etc. She is extremely motivated and will go out of her way to make sure you are pushing yourself and leading you in the right direction to achieve your goals. Being the hardest worker I know, Haley herself motivates me to work harder and be better. I couldn't be happier about my coach.

  I've been working with Dilpreet, and I can't say enough how much I love my food and working with her! I've previously competed and wanted to find someone that helped me transition into a more balanced, lifestyle approach to meal prepping, and she has done just that. My food has variety, and she based my food/workouts off what is convenient for my schedule to ensure I succeed at my goals. Any time I have any questions or concerns, getting in touch with her is easy, and she replies quickly with thorough explanations so I can understand the thought processes behind everything. Absolutely no regrets in signing up!
