They assisted us in selecting colour, style and layout and had very good suggestions. Because Hawthorne works together with a contractor, we only had to deal with Hawthorne. They made sure timelines worked out with contractors and sub-contractors; very convenient! During the installation, we requested a few minor changes which were all integrated by Hawthorne without a problem. The result is incredible, we enjoy it every day and the kitchen has really become the social focal point in our house!

(October 13, 2013, 8:48 pm)The sales process was excellent (Carl did a great job designing our home office and providing options). The quality of the cabinets, desktop etc. was very good. Only concern is that the installer was a bit sloppy and glaring issues had to be pointed out - though they were fixed without complaint.
