(February 16, 2019, 4:51 am)I’ve hired two personal trainers who were much more expensive prior to Mercedes with little to no results. In 3 months I’ve lost 13lbs, down to almost a 32 inch waist and I’ve been getting compliments on how i look. Mercedes is always there when you need her advice, if it’s either a text, phone call or one on one she never lets you down. I am in the best shape of my life and it’s because of Mercedes and her programs.

Being one of her clients I can vouch that she will spend time and effort in creating a personalized training plan for you! She is EXTREMELY personable and absolutely loves what she does. Her knowledge is extensive and her practices are perfect to help the most untrained individuals (like me) to helping already active people. If you are looking for someone to help get you started on your fitness journey or even looking for someone to teach you some amazing new things, you should definitely contact her! You won't regret it!!!
