I phoned and spoke to someone over the phone and had an appointment booked for the next day. Upfront about pricing (I paid $109 for a 800sqft condo). On the day of they were on time and answered all of my questions. Very happy with the outcome and the service. They also sent me a follow up email to ensure the job was done right.
