  I recently had my car at Vickar Autobody and was looked after by Liz. She was awesome. She followed up and kept me up to date on progress. Seamless experience and great staff. I would highly recommend.

  I really like this auto body. I've never had an issue with the employees. Liz Vincent is amazing and always has a smile on her face every time I'm there.

  I have used Vickar autobody for my company vehicle twice in the last 3 months and both experiences have been great. Very seamless check in process and rental arrangement. Liz Vincent has gone over and above in accommodating schedule changes etc and was very friendly and efficient. She has also kept me in the loop as repairs progressed without me having to ask so I had a better idea of an end date.

  Superb place- honest hardworking professional staff, great leadership under Nathan Balzer and his team. Honest no surprise billing, work hard to deliver perfection and to maintain their position of being the best there is in the city. Highly recommended. would give them double the stars. BTW i am not related to any of these people.

  Took my car in for MPI repairs. Primarily dealt with Liz and she was perfect. Made the appointment for an assessment, she took and processed all the paper work. From there scheduled a time to bring my car back for repairs. When I dropped off the car, was eligible for a loaner and got shuttles over to Enterprise where they got me all set up. A few days later got a call from Liz to give me an update. 2 days later got another update from her. When the car was done Liz called with the news and also let me know the cost to me (which I might add was exactly what she’d told me up front). Everything went perfectly and was more than happy with the repairs. The crew at Vickar Auto Body did a great job repairing my car but wanted to point out the best part of the experience was how Liz handled everything. Her customer service skills in my opinion are top rated and I for one was thoroughly impressed. This repair shop comes highly recommended by me.

(204) 661-8383 I agree with Ashley L. Firstly...took 32 days (Nov 8 to Dec 9) to get my hail damage repair done. And when I finally picked it up...my Sirius radio antenna was not rewired back in correctly, window molding was not screwed back on, windshield spray hoses were not reconnected, AND passenger doorlock was screwed up.
