  Upon entering the restaurant for lunch the decor was taken in. Lama table runners, traditional pictures depicting events that had past and it felt nice being there.
  The host and his helper were very friendly.
  This was my first time at a Tehran restaurant so I wasn’t certain what the food items would consist of or taste like.
  I had ordered Zereshk Polo with chicken.
  On the first fork full of rice the flavour engulfs your pallet in a wonderful way, but eventually the barberry on top of the rice had became notably sour for me.
  The chicken was superb and reminded me of butter chicken, but the sauce was not as thick.
  I would definitely eat there again.

  Friendy staff recently ! In past some of the cashiers were not really friendly. I am glad the new staff are more sociable.
  I have a recommendation for you guys. I really like to shop and eat food there but the colour has been used inside the store and cafe is depressing! Even though is cozy place.

  Best place for Persian food ???????????????? Great taste and very quick service. Definitely going back and highly recommended!!

  Terrific food! I've had every flavor of kebob and all were fantastic. The lamb shanks were also great. Knowledgeable staff will help you make a choice. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend you try them. I'll definitely will be back. You can also have a beer at Stone Angel brewery next door, order and pay for your meal at Tehran Cafe and they bring it to the brewery for you!!

  Friendly staff and owner. They made sure we enjoyed the food, and they're great! Small restaurant but really delicious Persian food. One of the best Persian food in Winnipeg.
