(February 12, 2020, 10:12 pm)Great service and also great service at the restaurant, great mattress in the hide-a-bed, 3 kids (almost 8, 6 & 3) slept phenomenally in the king bed. Rediculously thick pillows, but had some more options in the closet thankfully (only 2 tho). The pool was awesome, BUT SOOO COLD! Didn't bug my almost 8 year old but me and my 6 year old were done after a while. The pool room itself was cold.

(February 1, 2020, 2:09 am)Clean. Friendly staff. Decent prices. Lots to see and do in this hotel. Themed rooms. A pool with a slide. Hot tub. Lots of windows that offer lots of natural light. Close to all the amenities. On a great bus route. Close to shops and a unisex gym. The ballrooms are spacious at excellent prices.

(January 21, 2020, 3:48 am)It has become an annual tradition to have a private dining room served for a family party. The staff have always been extremely accommodating in regards to dietary restrictions and preferences. A very good atmosphere, with impressive brickwork, a live indoor fish pond and topiary lined paths lit by soft lamp posts.
