While it would have been easy to purchase the product from a big box retailer, or a modified version of the Beam at Costco, we wanted to support a local business and also ensure we could get any help if we needed it. Jeff at Creative Audio couldn't have been easier to deal with!!! He even opened the store for (safe) pick-up on a date/time that suited us. The product has been spectacular....highly recommended by the way.

Jeff is not only extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with sound reproduction products, but always offers friendly and helpful advice. Through the years we have purchased all our stereo equipment from him, and we are very pleased with our system. Our advice to anyone interested in buying quality audio (or visual) equipment is, stay away from the big box stores and shop at Creative Audio! You won't be disappointed.
