  Staff member was extremely nice and helpful, I said I didn’t like needles and she was very gentle and considerate. Didn’t even feel the needle. Service was very fast didn’t even wait 5 minutes.

  Fast and easy to use. Could use better signage on entrance. Really tight parking.

  The queue moved quickly, the waiting and lab space was very clean. Lots of available parking. Open on Saturday mornings, which was great. Staff was friendly and painless drew blood. Bathroom was very clean. Lab is RM 206

  Been here twice now, saw an older woman with an accent and a younger gentleman. Both did a good job. The older woman was amazing. I barely felt anything and I ALWAYS feel something. She was wonderful. Gentleman was fine too, no issues having blood drawn.
  
  Wait time was not an issue either.
