  I've gone to TTH for a few things now. 2 different prenatal classes (both were fantastic), as well as gifts for friends expecting little ones and eco friendly items for my little one and my nieces and nephews. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products and have looked up care instructions for products I was interested in (where care instructions were sealed inside package). I love that this is a small local business in the south end of the city. Lots of parking which is great when you're toting a wee one with you. There are some products that are on the pricier side, but everything I've purchased there is high quality and less expensive than trying to find equivalent items that ship to Canada from online. During my most recent visit I purchased a first birthday gift, shower gift, Christmas gifts, and a water bottle for my little one. My only feedback would be to ensure items are priced- a number of things had no price markings during this visit. I prefer to discuss the products themselves with the staff, felt like a bug having to ask how much everything was.

  Love having a great baby store in the South end of the city. Always carry current products. Small store packed with baby essentials! Helpful and Pam even order products if you ask for a specific item!

  Staff are the very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been shopping for a over a year at TTH on a regular basis. I started shopping because I wanted to cloth diaper. The staff were able to explain the differences between the different brands without talking down to us. I ended up buying a starter kit of diapers from them. When the brand brings out new colours or prints I always return to them for the purchase. I have had to do one exchange with them. The staff was friendly and very understanding and was astonished at the product being defective but gave me no hassle on the exchange. Love the fact they will email receipts to you so you don't have to worry about keeping a paper copy for warranty. The staff has recommended at variety of products to me for my growing little one. Every product they suggested has been fantastic. They know the products they are selling and are passionate about them.

  Cute little store. Bought a amber teething necklace here and love it. Some items quite expensive though

  Had an amazing experience, the staff was so knowledgeable. Showed me how to put my baby in the tula and take him out. Let my twins try out some toys and were understanding when one of the twins started packing up toys in my purse. Lol fantastic experience i highly recommend shopping there.
