Doctors and nurses are very nice and helpful. The receptionists are very busy and can be helpful sometimes but are rude and really seem to not want to speak to pt's. I have learned to only make an appointment or speak to a nurse.
Dr. Heinrichs and her team at Prairie Trail at the Oaks are amazing!!! The wait time is minimal. I go to her for my own needs but have also have my parents and siblings going there, they all have great things to say about the team there. The receptionist Amber is always very helpful and is lovely, she tries her best to juggle the schedule according to the urgency of the patient needs.
My mom had an appointment today, Dr. Heinrichs took the time to thoroughly investigate, document the issues and of course take the appropriate steps to attend to her needs both immediate and long term.
I work in the healthcare field and have quite high standards when it comes to the care of my family, I am EXTREMELY grateful my family and me were able to become a patient of hers and her team at the Oaks.
