  We contacted Nisby Home Renovation and we had the pleasure of meeting their sales rep John . We found John to be very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products, he took the time to talk with us and drove us to a few other homes to show us. We felt very comfortable with our decision to choose Nisby to do our home. The stone we had chosen became unavailable but Jim and Barry phoned all over the place to get it for us. We can not say enough about the work ethic , attention to details , customer service, and professionalism of Wayne who installed our stone front. Wayne did such a Beautiful job ! So this year we contacted John and made arrangements to replace the shingles ,Jason and his crew were fast and clean and did a wonderful job. Don and his crew came and fixed the stucco and painted our house they were outstanding...We really appreciate the professionalism , knowledge , customer service , work ethic of these gentlemen...Nisby has an OUTSTANDING Team of professionals and they should be very proud of them. Our home looks just spectacular the crown jewel of the block.

  We are completely satisfied with our new roof shingles installed last week. We found John friendly which put us at ease. He was also very knowledgeable & thorough in the explanation of the process even before we asked any questions. Jason & his crew arrived at time agreed upon and were very efficient in completing the project. Our neighbours & family members pointed out how nice our new roof looks !

  Very professional and timely, estimate was done within 2 days of phone call and measurements for windows within the week, install process took 5 hours which was extremely fast, excellent quality triple pane windows on our 1977 home. Amazing upgrade. The follow up and communication from the sales rep. John was one of the selling factors for us to contract Nisby, on top of the quality that comes with the name.

  We had a new bathroom window with privacy glass installed by Nisby Home Renovarions. They were honest, professional and the finished product was excellent quality.
