Have been here twice and both times received amazing customer service. Went in to buy juice initially and was looking at kits, employee Cole was super knowledgeable and didn't try to force a sale. Went back in to buy the kit and again had a great experience, Devin took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to use the device. Prices were great but most of all as stated the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. Will certainly be back based on all factors.
Went In to get assistance with my RTA tank for changing the coil and cotton, Devin was the most knowledgeable person I have ever spoken to in regard to vaping and questions from the amount of cotton to use to the best way of servicing my equipment. I will never ever give my business to another Vape Shop, Fat Panda has such clean and inviting environments inside of their stores its like stopping by a friends place, and the employees are so friendly and Helpful its like seeing old friends every time. That being said I was helped today by Devin at the Main street location and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks Devin! Thanks Fat Panda! I will continue spreading the word that there is no other vape shop worth going to. Not as long as Fat Panda is here!
