My first visit I got mediocre customer service but a great pair of work boots. 2 years construction and 2 years light manufacturing and they are still going strong. Real leather, heavy stitching, good soles, competitively priced. Stiff at and hard at first so they don't have that comfortable feel right out of the box but the leather softened stretched with time. Second pair of boots, great customer service. Again real leather, well stitched. Too new to comment on durability but I suspect "tough as an old leather boot". Sadly they were out of stock in one of the models I was looking at but they did take my information to notify me when that model was back in stock. (UPDATE: I was called last week to tell me that my boots arrived and that I should come on Saturday to pick them up as they were having a one day sale. Boots were sitting at the counter waiting. In and out in 10 mins despite being very busy.) I love that they are made in Winnipeg Canada by people in my community. I love that they seem to make tough, durable, well made and repairable products. Refreshing in the world of disposable footwear. Thanks CWB.

(September 20, 2018, 4:28 pm)Really nice selection of CANADA MADE boots but the bonus is they carry Western Wear by Wrangler and Panhandle Slim, two of my favorite brands...as well as tack, Jeans, and hats and western accessories...Staff was friendly and helpful!
