Korean Garden Restaurant

Tried it for the first time. It took more or less 45 mins for the food to arrive for a party of 6–not including the fact they forgot to take an order from one of us so they took longer.

The server was nice and apologized, but we ate faster than we waited.

The food was pretty good, though.

Korean Garden is a lovely corner restaurant. They have a variety of Korean and Japanese dishes so you have a number of varieties to choose from but not large enough to be confusing. Service was very fast and prompt when I went. The food was delicious and well presented and the portions were very generous. It is a fairly new place so the interior looks very lovely and the facilities are very well kept. The staff are very nice and accommodating and always ready to serve with a smile. I definitely recommend Korean Garden to everyone.

I've heard mixed reviews about this place but tried it out anyway. Was here for a late Mother's Day celebration. It was rather small; probably fit about 8 tables with an average of 4 seats. We ordered our dishes but realized, while waiting, that we weren't asked for any beverages. Another family sat beside us 20 minutes later and was received water right away so perhaps the server forgot; we ended up asking for water at the end. Everyone's food arrived at the same time except for one persons. We figured it was going to arrive soon so we all decided to eat anyway - and the Korean dishes were bang on! The sushi though is questionable, not the greatest but not the worst either. The missing food arrived after we were all done eating, including the family beside us. So it was rather awkward when they kept coming by to say the kitchen was busy or it takes awhile for the food to cook - no repercussions on that - We concluded they forgot. It was ultimately packed to take home. My suggestion would be to inform anyone if a dish will take longer to make and/or bring out all the food at once.

TL:DR
The Korean dishes were very good; the sushi - not so much. Don't expect service to be great (but maybe it was just a bad day).

It was peak lunch time, so I need to wait at the waiting area for 10 min. The food came 15 to 20 min after I ordered. I ordered a bowl with cooked meat. The food was good. I will probably come back again.
